2. Shipping Low Budget Racing NYC ships all packages the day the order is recieved. Orders placed after 4:30 EST will be shipped the following business day. Low Budget Racing NYC reserves the right to ship packages by other methods than USPS and UPS. We will always choose the fastest method at no additional cost to the customer. All packages are inspected prior to shipping so all damage claims must be addressed immediately.

3. Returns/Exchanges Returns or Exchanges on purchases made on LowbudetRacingNYC.com can be made withing 14 days from the time the order is placed. Only new, unused parts maybe returned/exchanged. Any part that appears to have been installed or used will be denied for return. Prior to any return a Return Authorization Number must be issued to the customer. No returns/exchanges will be accepted without this number. Please write this number on the outside of the package being sent back. All returns must be shipped and insured by the customer. At the time the part is received back by LowBudgetRacingNYC.com the items will be inspected to see if conditions of return are met. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. LowBudgetRacingNYC does not accept returns on electronics or special order parts.
